Michael O Connor has an MBS in Safety and Health at Work. He is from a Civil Engineering background and has worked in senior management roles for CSA and M&E contractors . He has extensive experience from the client side in design and construction coordination across all types of industries.

Michael has been a behavioural based safety training presenter for the last 14 years and is a believer in a “find it and fix it” culture for all perceived safety issues no matter how small allied.

Industry experience includes oil and gas, pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical , semi-conductor, commercial, retail, healthcare, data centres, educational facilities, PPP, design and build.

Alan Hardiman has a B.Sc Degree in Health and Safety and has worked in the past as a EHS advisor in several large projects and facilities across many industries.

Alan has been a behavioural based safety training presenter across different industry sectors.

Previous industry experience includes pharmaceutical/bio pharmaceutical, semi-conductor, commercial, food production, healthcare, data-centres, educational facilities, waste management/waste treatment, occupational/industrial hygiene.
